Thankfully before she graduated, my sister taught me how to rig the locker latch with a pencil eraser. That pretty much solved my lock issues 😂

As much as I write about how I dreaded returning to school after summer vacation, I had moments of excitement to be returning...from seeing friends I hadn't seen during the summer, the opportunity to make new friends, and learning new subjects...there were plenty of things to get excited about. 📚

When I was little, I had problems making it down the stairs. I could step down the first three steps, but by the fourth step, it bada-bada-bada all the way down to the bottom. It didn't help that my mother made me wear knee high socks, and I'd rarely pull them up. 😂
