It was school nights like these that developed my general avoidance of homework.
Sure, early on, I was often excited to dive into homework, but after a few late nights trying to work through a long list of assignments, it quickly lost its appeal. ððĪŠð

Well, I eventually told her...it just took about fifteen years to do! ð ðĨ°
Funny how as kids we could run outside in 30° weather without a coat...no problem...but as an adult, I need to wear multiple layers, a heavy coat, gloves, and earmuffs before I even walk out the door. ðĨķ
I need to stop making these snow-themed cartoons before I jinx it and we get hit with another snow day ðģ
Growing up in Virginia, many of the winter storms would leave small coatings of snow. We would end up rolling all the snow in the front yard just so we could make a sizable snowman! ⛄
I didn't have the best throwing arm in my younger years, which may be why I'd walk right up to someone to throw a snowball. ❄ ð
It was a challenge to walk though deep snow when I was little. My legs were so short, they'd practically disappear in the snow when I'd take a step. Often, I had to walk in my father's footsteps just to keep from getting swallowed up by the snow.
At least that way I'd minimize the amount of snow that'd inevitably get into my clothes. ❄ ðĨķ
Trying to remember back to when I actually enjoyed a good snowfall...
Monday after a long holiday break...
