It's that time of year again...football! 🏈

Whether it was playing football at recess or just tossing the ball with friends in the neighborhood, it always reminded me fall was right around the corner! 🍃

That moment school was over and I could finally go out and run around with the other kids in the neighborhood! 👟🏈🏀⚽️😁

It may have been cool to sit in the back of the bus, but whenever it ran over a bump or pothole in the road, you were catching air! 💨😲

Card Shop

Today's cartoon is a tribute to one of the amazing shops from my childhood...Pete's Card Shop! Accessible via a small dirt path through the woods on the edge of our neighborhood, it was practically hidden on the back of a an old barn/candy shop! I would have never known it existed, but luckily I had a friend who showed me how to get there. One of the coolest places to visit, it had loads of trading cards and sports memorabilia! 😎⚾️🏀🏈🏒

My parents never knew how far I rode my bike in order to get there. If they did, I might have gotten grounded!😳
