When we played football during recess, our team usually had me cover the quarterback.
We had a rule when we played...the defense couldn't cross the line of scrimmage to go after the QB for a set number of seconds. I treated my job very seriously...I felt like a badger, ready to pounce once the time had lapsed! I just stood there waiting while I counted! 😠🏈 😅
